Two of South Africa's Travel Industry Biggest Leaders Appoint
Press ReleaseClicks2Customers for Paid Search Campaigns Paid search experts, Clicks2Customers, has been appointed by two of South Africa's leading players in the travel sector, to drive more search-engine traffic to their web sites. ProteaHotels.com, the largest hotel group in South Africa, has renewed its contract with Clicks2Customers as it continues to capitalise on the global tourist trade. Kulula, South Africa's biggest online travel portal, has chosen Clicks2Customers to increase bookings for its flight, car, hotel and holiday package offerings through enhancing their online marketing strategy. Although the Protea Group enjoys a healthy patronage from local tourists, the increased international profile of South Africa has made a comprehensive internet strategy a must- have. As South Africa's tourist traffic continues to grow and it is increasingly becoming one of the most popular destinations for honeymooners and holiday makers alike, this renewed partnership with Clicks2customers will help Protea to reach a wider consumer market and continue to help them reach their online goals. Kulula is currently South Africa's largest travel portal, with over £67 million in revenue generated annually via its website. It was the first South African low cost airline offering cheap domestic flights as well as package deals which included car hire and hotel bookings. The airline's web site services seven million visitors per annum and the objective of the campaign for Clicks2Customers is to strengthen and further extend its online reach. Ivan Izikowitz, Managing Director, Clicks2Customers said, "We are delighted to be working with two industry leaders in the travel and tourism sector. Protea and Kulula are both very well respected, dynamic companies, and we are certain that through our expertise in managing online marketing and PPC campaigns we will deliver great results.
